Paralympics 2012

Anyone watching it? Opening ceremony is on now, i'm going to be getting stuck into these games as much as the recent Olympics.

I must admit i've not followed the paralympic games too closely before, so i'll try and watch as much as i can.

Certainly makes me think twice when i try and put off a trip to the gym because of a bad back.

Yep, I'm going to watch it.. Did you see Steven Hawking at the start of the live show ?

A good start from HM the queen.....she managed a grimace this time rather than the put out look as though she was missing Eastenders she gave last time.

Good to see Steven Hawking making an appearance.
