The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind w Graphic Overhaul

man i loved this game, getting off the boat and straight away i'd steal that nice platter and then take a nice walk up to balamora until some damn cliff racer sound alarms me so i have to run. then when i got some skill, clear out all the vaults at vivec. aahh fun times.

Was this just a graphics overhaul, or did they also fix some of the more painful bugs? I loved and hated Morrowind on the Xbox. I'm very much a hoarder in games like this and constantly crashed the game by moving too many items around, forgetting to 'delete' corpses, etc.
