Maybe just a typo, but I thought it was maybe worth screen-grabbing. Could be a genuine mistake or typo, or could be something else?

It would appear that, in an effort to get the story out quickly, they mistakenly left the BBC reporter's name, Liam Allen, along with the "working title", as it appears that they have now changed the headline itself as well. Yes Liam Allen is a BBC reporter.
