The company behind a drug that disfigured thousands of newborn babies worldwide ignored and covered up warnings about its damaging effects, a report says.

Hundreds of Australian babies were among those harmed by the German-made sedative and morning sickness treatment thalidomide.

Never-before-published excerpts of files from thalidomide maker Grunenthal obtained by Fairfax explicitly warn about the drug's potential to harm foetuses, Fairfax says.

The company has always maintained the thalidomide tragedy was unforeseeable and it had acted in accordance with the scientific knowledge and prevailing standards of the 1950s.

Fairfax says the Grunenthal files expose a 50-year cover-up.

And so we continue to see these people exposed for the monsters they are yet little to no action has or will be taken.

Grünenthal GmbH is a German researching pharmaceutical company in Aachen (Rhineland). It was founded in 1946 and has been in family ownership since then.

Grünenthal was founded 1946 by Hermann Wirtz, Sr. as Chemie Grünenthal GmbH in Stolberg (Rhineland), later it was renamed in Grünenthal GmbH and the headquarter was moved to Aachen. A lot of old Nazis got positions in the company, as Otto Ambros, who was one of the responsibles for the KZ Auschwitz III.[3]

Ambros then managed the IG Farben factories at Dyhernfurth, which produced sarin and soman, and at Gendorf, which produced mustard gas, a skin irritant. In 1944 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of War Merit Cross. He was an expert on tabun, an extremely lethal chemical.

Hermann Witz was supposedly the "Founder of the Nazi Party in Aachen", but this particular information appears to be half-covered up and this is alarming to me.

Does it make sense why Thalidomide kills people? Eugenics? Nazi Ideology?
Why did the West cover this crap up?
Well if you remember Operation Paperclip, the information about the rat-lines near the end of WW2, and recall that there was an active and growing Nazi eugenics style political ideology within the USA prior to, during, and after the war, especially among many of the higher ranking officials, than it starts making sense.

Why does the FDA today let poison on the market knowingly for a few bucks?
Is it really for a few $? Or is it more along the lines of a remnant this obscure and hidden past?

We are acting.
We are sharing information with others that we have discovered which has concerned us for their (our) safety.

By this very act, we have reminded them of their own power to think critically and research for facts and to question things so they may find more knowledge.

This is empowerment. Those who realize their true power will nullify the forces convincing them to harm themselves unknowingly.

All we have to do is keep talking about it.
Keep sharing our power so that together, we may increase it.

Information is the key to this power, the very power over our own destiny; our safety, enrichment, and advancement of standards.
If one has no information or false information, they could easily be injecting toxic poisons into themselves and deforming their children. But the one who is aware and keen to such risks, has a far greater chance to avoid them.

By exposing this subterfuge, these threats lose their element of surprise, and thus become increasingly ineffective.

this attitude is fairly standard but it is part of the hindsight society. i could show examples of this but just think about the police, genocides in history the way in which you recieve your main information i.e. chronology and so on and on and on. quarrelling amongst ourselves is clearly not to our advantage. this is a many tentacled beast and whether by design or not it needs to be addresed.
