It was working just fine until recently. I don't know what happened, but now when I try to get in to chat the window looks like this:



Anyone had a similar problem and know a fix for it?

Tried clearing your cash? Cookies?

Normally it's just an error like that.

There's a new version of Firefox released just this week, have you updated?

Your extensions for Java as well can be causing the issue, make sure those are up to date.
