Simple Question here.

John Roberts the man many people feel betrayed the constitution, is he allowed to give media interviews?

He can give interviews. I've seen Ginsberg, Scalia and Breyer interviewed on C-Span. Scalia and Thomas have been interviewed on 60 Minutes.

hm maybe there is something that states he cannot give interviews until a certain period of time has passed because I would love to know what was going on in his mind at the time of the vote.

If he could just tell us what he was thinking, that might help with the confusion.

Just because he can give interviews doesn't mean he will.
