The state-run Middle East News Agency, citing medical sources, said he was declared clinically dead shortly after arriving late Tuesday at a military hospital in Cairo, where he had been taken after suffering a stroke and cardiac arrest earlier in the day.

But Gen. Mamdouh Shaheen, a member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, told CNN, "He is not clinically dead as reported, but his health is deteriorating and he is in critical condition."

So who do we believe? The State-run media? The SCAF? What is to be gained from a lie either way?

Mubarek is a vampire. He will remain an undead bloodsucker until someone drives a stake through his heart.

The actual Headline reads...

Conflicting reports about whether Mubarak has died

So, Who lied?

As of now, it appears he did not die, but the reports say that a defibrillator was used.

My guess is his 'death' will be reported followed by a swift burial at sea, as is the custom for Muslims, and then behind the scenes he will be secreted away to live a luxurious life in private.

I vote for neither. Can't believe the media, they fabricate news. Can't believe the muslims because of Taqqiya, so basically you can't believe any of it. When Ghaddafi was caught they sodomized him with an AK-47 and shot him in the head, so it's highly likely that Mubarak has been dead for a while. Thats why Assad is fighting so hard to keep the muslim brotherhood from gaining control of Syria, cuz he knows he's next on the list and Khamenei will follow right after him. Someone is going to an awful lot of trouble to give the muslim brotherhood control of the entire M.E. and what is their aganda? Why, to recreate the Ottoman Empire. Where will their gaze turn when the Ottoman Empire and Caliphate is restored? To Israel their gaze will turn. Now you can see this is all heading and who is pulling the strings? Who indeed.

Or it could be confusion. Somehow "Mubarak has heart-attack" became "Mubarak dies of heart-attack".

For sheer irony, I suggest that he be moved to the Hadassah hospital in Jerusalem, where he can share a room with Ariel Sharon, as a message to world leaders that just because you're a head of state doesn't mean you can ignore your doctor.
