They didnt seize it.
If the authorities seize a web site, the DNS is redirected to the authorities own website.
However in the case of the mermaids website, if you look at the page source, you will see the seizure notice is just an image being put up by the web page itself.

yeah.. We figured this out yesterday. I too got fooled, though my arguement had to do with 9/11 sites not gettin shut down, since the laws exists that are cited, but the actual seizure was faked.. Good old animal planet.

The world should watch this video.

The only reason 1 would think the NAVY would release these sonic waves that endanger whales would be for PREVENTION of some sort. Maybe a weapon used undersea against an unknown threat??? If its the NAVY @ ALL?

Most likely they made a sizable contribution for those rights.

It would be hilarious if they actually didn't ask for permission and got in big trouble. Would serve them right.

Remember the movie the Fourth Kind? They tried to play it off like it really happened and made up fake websites and even articles written by people who don't exist HAHA...

So is it confirmed they faked this seizure to give further credence to their cockamamy story? I just saw the show on TDC and wanted to research these guys, as all of them including Dr paul Robertson looked like actors and they have the same date for end of employment at NAPA, it all just seems fishy.

Like a meaningful fiction novel, the mermaid documentary was a bombshell exposé.

The mermaid aspect is the farce, the smokescreen, the distraction.
