min value for energy and mass

Sorry for bringing this topic back after so long, but I had been away for a while. No problem with using this thread for you stuff, hey, I am all for the advancement of knowledge .
The question I wanted to ask is that would it be plausible to look at the universe as a set of volume units, each planck length cubed, which may or may not contain a mass of the value that can be derived from planck's constant. I mean, it would be kind of like a computer screen.
