Yes, that is correct, those not having a contract with the attorneys will get nothing. Personally, I would love to see Facebook go down hard. All it is really good for is a CIA/NSA data mining operation, and a good place to steal IDs. Easy to hack an account there too, according to the basement crowd.

Facebook isn't worth squat.

If they tried charging .50 cents a year for their service they'd have no customers. They only exist because it's free.

And how exactly does that turn into something worth Billions?
