The Officials managed this playoff game very very well,it was an excellent example of how the NHL has the best Referees in the world.

Now all the NHL has to do is REMOVE ONE REF FROM THE ICE...and put him behind the video monitor and hockey can find a little room to grow.A ref needs to come off the ice surface.....the addition was not impactfull enough to be continued,if the NHL wants more offense the men need more room to operate and the single Ref process which ONLY SENDS ONE EXACT MESSAGE is optimal as we all now know.It is time to remove a body from the ice but keep the Refs employed.

That was the single most exciting gme the NHS has watched in 30 years simply because the NHS Revolution/Evolution is GLOBAL and thanks to the internet we are beginning to see some excellent interpretations of the data materialising in terms of philosophies dictating tactical planning and direction....this is the best part of the NHS ,it is overlain on top of an existing process,allowing you to FLAVOR it any way you like according to your personality.

The NHS takes no joy in hooping entities who choose to disrespect the NHS and its history.

However it is deserved.

The NHS finds it to be a bigger secret than the Caramilk secret ...why a team would make such sweeping positive changes nd encounter consistant winning but when the moment comes to validate the ctalyst and causation of these chnges there is an inability o an unwillingness to be forthwith and respectfull in crediting the NHS .

Why run all the way around the bases to just past 3rd and stop half-way to homeplate.

Thats like pulling the plug on your passion because the rainsuit is the wrong color.It makes no reasonable sense unless you have a bit of a hang-up right?

There is no plausable deniability when it comes to the NHS...either you use it as prescribed or you do not...it is new enough that there is a clear demarcation point.

Darkhorse and Dellow are likely still connected on some levels because they were never properly diagnosed as being a core value disability....they offer to many teflon excuses and valuations and validations to to many people to be properly audited.

The NHL will be a Special Teams League for 2 more years until the NHS spreads to the Eastern Conference fully.......so if your PP or PK lets you down for 25 games you are finished,if your PP is not clicking consistantly you will be finished.

The Nelson PP was more than adequate and trending upwards.

If there is a fall-back it will be much bigger than people think.......the PP is critical in todays evolving NHL...and the Oilers should be getting a LOT OF THEM.....the Refs will make the calls if the men earn them.....but if the Oilers PP is Pop-Gun then we are toaster struedel.Because if there is going to be parity anywhere next season it will be with Officiating as they have been evolving quickly as well.....there will be PPs everywhere and on both sides,lots of 2-man advantages as well.

If the NHL must go to a 4 on 4 core value dynamic to re-inject offense into the league then it needs to be done ASAP....let the penaltys fly....stop the cheap-shots by hitting those players with the most penalties every time they sneeze on the ice.

Get rid of the elbow pads and stupid non-enforcable penaltys because incidental haed contact is a part of the game,a risk both parties willingly take......it is the Bullet-proof equipment catalysing most of these injuies,for 2 reasons....#1 the stuff is bullet-proof when it is men batteling men no bullets involved so its overkill and more dangerous than good....#2 Players ALL OVER THE ICE are taking bigger and bigger risks counting on thei equipment more and more every year,sooner or later someone is going to get killed "incidentally" out there trying to block a shot they shouldnt be going down on or by hurling themselves into the boards on a missed or slipped check.......players are policing the force and impacts of their hits on each other as per the perfomance envelopes of the equipment the NHL allows them to use.....Bettman is accountable here..... the Players should be policing their impacts on each other as per the HUMAN BODIES performance envelopes and ANYTHING WHICH CREATES AN INTENTIONAL IMBALANCE HERE MUST BE REMEDIATED.

I am telling you now Gary the NHS says the elbow pads and Goalie pads have to be remediated,players have been artificially induced into playing a specific way which endangers them to a much higher degree than the game should normally endager them.

Do we need to Audidt this or can you just fix it?

This is an NHL/Players Union issue here and it needs to be legeslted away ASAP......some type of stakeholder agreement must be made in the name of the game itself by both parties to repeal some of the equipment evolutions we have seen the last few decades.....hockey didnt change enough to warant some of the huge equipment changes we have seen.

_Composite sticks which let lightweights shoot like Heavyweights....got to go.....there HAS to be a more reasonable standard which EVERYONE ABIDES BY.

- Elbow pads which FAIL TO TRANSFER PAIN AND DISCOMFORT TO THE WEARER so as to allow him to self-police his own impacts.

-Goalie pads and Clothing that allows a disporportionate amount of net to be covered.....still waiting for the 350lb Goalie who wins the Vezina.You HAVE TO GIVE HIM PADS AND OPPORTUNITY....you CANT DISCRIMINATE....you see its all a legal game.

-The 2-Ref system must go......one man can better manage the Over-all game on all levels than 2 men can.To many mixed messages happen when 2 Refs are on the ice.....if ANY PRO SPORT ADDED MORE REFS THEY WOULD SIMPLY FORCE MORE PENALTY CALLS AND STAGNATE THEIR OWN GAME.As the NHL has done for a long time now.

The NHL made some big changes to enable itself to grow ....now its time to reinforce the current structure by re-invigorating the game.

ONE REFEREE.....ONE NHL FOCUS....NO CHEAP-SHOTS.....NO ONE-SIDED BULLYING....CLEAR WEIGHT-CLASS DISTINCTIONS between PLAYERS when Penaltys are considered-no one-sided dynamics allowed CLEARLY STICK TO YOUR OWN WEIGHT-CLSS WITH THE VIOLENCE O BE REMEDIATED BY THE REFS.

Players MUST BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR STICKS TO HARRAS EACH OTHER AND CREATE TURNOVERS BECAUSE THE NHS HAS TURNED THE NHL INTO A POSSESION LEAGUE THESE DAYS.NO MORE weak hooking and stick calls,player CAN chase each other down on extended pursuits and they CAN use their sticks to harras and pull and delay and deny opponents ice and the pucks.....this is part of hockey.....everyone hs to WORK THROUGH THE LITTLE TUGS and if the REFS QUIT CALLING FOR THE DIVERS then the diving will stop....let the Players know the small tugs and hooks will BE LET GO because they DO NOT DEFINE THE DIECTION OF THE PLAYACTIONS.......ONLY IF IT IS CLEARLY A DEFINING INFRACTION SHOULD IT BE CALLED THE REST IS INCIDENTEL AND A NEEDED PART OF THE GAME.

Refs CAN call charging BEFORE it happens and whistle plays down if they see a vulnerable player in danger...so the solution is to stop the play and give a face-off that hurts the turtle trying to manipulate the Refs , whenever a Ref sees a player in a vulnerable position whistle the play dead ....this will stop the turteling and the guys from turning at the last seconds and hiding from the playactions....stop the playactions if you see a player making themselves intentionally vulnerable.

Put back the icing rules the olde way......make players compete but let them hook and hold more....the NHL is missing epic levels of offense because so many potential turnovers and exciting transitions in the most dangerous dynmics are now removed because the NHL could not properly police hitting from behind and slew-footing??????

The NHL NEEDS this offense back ASAP...it needs speed,scoring and big hits.It needs COMPETE....so it needs hooking and holding and all that Jazz.

The NHL DOES NOT NEED 170lb guys with composite sticks shooting 105 mph slapshots around the ice....or 190lbers throwing themselves into everyone like 250lbes causing injuries and ruining the game because of their Kevlar protection which gives them license to do such....make the men EARN their bones....allow there to be a GAP an EARNED GAP between those gifted and those not those who work harder and those who dont.Those willing to sacifce and those who9 wont.Give the game back to the men.If you are going to go into the boards at 110 mph you need to be risking your own health elbows ect and paycheque as much as you are risking your opponents....so the equipment which allows this behaviour MUST BE REGRESSED.

Having played both Rugby and Football I can say Football players are snowflakes because they cannot handle the PAIN of playing sans pads.....they use their WEIGHT more than anything else because of the Pads allowing them to do so.

Hockey players are turning into "football-like snowflakes"......when they used to be Rugby-like tough.

Its because the pads allow them to be this way.

When Snow brought Lacrosse style Goalie pads into the NHL he changed everything and NO ONE STOPPED HIM.....it has hurt the game in the long run......just put on some 70s 80s and early 90s hockey and look at the Goaltenders....just LOOK AT THEM ....and tell me how anyone can justify the brutal dissection of the game of hockey which we have been forced to be witness to.

The EXCITEMENT has been artificially managed OUT OF THE GAME BY THE NHL.....BETTMAN.....things need to change big fella....get on it......you are the man.

The REASON player hit each other from behind is because if they hook or hold or battle any other ways they will be penalised......the Refs are responsible for this.....they should LET PLAYERS GRAB OPPONENTS AND TURN THEM AROUND,or to corkscrew them around with their sticks to peel them off the boards when they turtle and turn around to hide.Stop calling penalties on guys digging for pucks on the boards....what happened to pinning the puck for a whistle huh????removing that made the game much more dangerous because the pucks are easily broken free with a crushing hit....PUT BACK THE OPTION OF HOLDING AND FREEZING THE PUCKS FOR FACEOFFS.....this ADDS OFFENSE TO THE GAME NOW DUM-DUMS...you were WRONG SO FACE IT and FIX IT.

Take those composite sticks away and lets see who can shoot and who cannot shoot -- no more wet noodles shooting at 100mph please it even looks stupid to see a dwarf zip a shot like that....this is WHY THE GOALIE PADS GOT SO BIG IT WAS A FULL-ON TECHNOLOGICAL ARMS RACE FOR 2 DECADES.

Make the manufacturers police themselves...set standards so Fans can have favorite players instead of favorite Corporate Brand Names.

Whatever it takes Taylor just make the adjustments for 2 months and see how it feels.You will NOT lose your feet anywhere near as much if you simply make these types of adjustments.Lets not turn a cookie recipie into a formula for Rocket Fuel OK????


To satisfy the NHS you will need to outscore in terms of Goals,Yak-Nuge-Ebbs-JSchultz......the NHS EXPECTS a team LEADING GOAL TOTAL......and this will be the TOUGHEST YEAR yet to accomplish this standard....it will mean 100% effort and health for 82 games...no excuses....you cant be the King of the Castle if you cant play for 80 games ,not on the roster as it is now .

Ebbs is mature...Hall is...Nuge is...Nail is....McDavid seems to be a strange little bird so far and if he can keep his temper in check he will fit right in in terms of maturity by osmossis.

I am afraid the NHS has Conner PINNED in terms of mentality....lets just say I believe McTavish will make an IMMEDIATE connection with Conner McDavid....on the spot type of click.

This Kid has a wee bit of a temper like Yakupov does and he RISES TO THE CHALLENGE AND GETS BETTER LIKE NAIL AND RYAN AND TAYLOR AND JORDAN AND DARNELL AND LEON DO.

If this CORE GROUP simply gets the right 3-4 sets of NHL serious knuckles on board then the ship sails far and wide for a very long time.....because amongst this CORE are some really big Internal Fires...these young men have short fuses and hot tempers and they like to win.....simply put they are pure-breds inside and out to the last man.If you give the guns every night they WILL STORM THE BEACHES every night for you with enthusiasim and gusto.

I like the little hot-head goalie Brassy as well....hopefully someone teaches him to swing that stick like a machete so he can learn to properly vent his inner Dragons Breath....he fits right into the template of hot tempered compete which the Oilers seem to be developing lately.....in fact it is my belief that McDavid will bring MORE of what Nail Yakupov brought ATTITUDE AND HOT-HEADED PUSHBACKS ON THE SPOT....immediate responses not shy little wimpers.....Nail has bite and passion so does Conner....so do the other men but these 2 and to some degree Hall use the challenges to drive themselves harder....and their testosterone makes them willing to FIGHT YOU....its in thei blood....you cannot teach it which is why Hall and Ebbs have a little less of it.Its the Flight or Fight reaction man....and the Oilers have much more fight than flight they simply have never had enough rosterwide backup catalysing from DEFENSEMEN who are ALWAYS ON THE ICE to let them dominate to this strength.Contrary to popular beliefs the Oilers Core is NOT a Finesse group...they are very edgy and competative and hot-tempered.......adding McDavids powefull intensity and focused brand of lippy compete will certainly ignite the Oilers as a Team....Conner is like Wayne was he LIPS OFF CONSTANTLY AND WILL FOR HIS ENTIRE CAREER....REFS......OPPONENTS....TEAMMATES...EVERYONE BUT THE FANS.

The Oilers havent seen this type of Alpha-Male drive in a very long time because Conner McDavid is like Mac-T ...there is way more dog than bone to him man....he is an emotionally catalysed person who learned to CHANNEL THE FIRES .....so in order of temper-driven compete we now have McDavid... Nail..Nuge...Hall...Ebbs...Draisaitl..... ALL guys willing to smash or slash you if they have real serious back-up....fellas willing to eat a few shots IF THEY KNOW someone is coming storming in any second...something they have never known yet....one heavyweight is not what the NHS means here..I mean 3-4 BEASTS on the ice ALL THE TIME who WILL NOT HESITATE ONE MILISECOND or be easily stopped coming in to protect the Core.This lets the Tempers of the Core IGNITE THEM by letting them INSTIGATE CONTACTS CLEAN AND DIRTY so they are NEVER ON THE BAD END OF CONTACTS.....it keeps them healthier longer this way....hitting gives you more control than being hit..simple right?


So what I am saying is that this might not be such a clean-cut version of a Dynasty coming down the Pipes as most people think...McDavid is GRITTY AND HOT-HEADED......he will lead one day....the Core is already hot-blooded waiting to cut it all loose.....Peter MUST ARM THE TEAM NOW WITH LEGITIMATE NHL IMPACTS....not fighters but DAMAGERS who are serious and might end you on the ice.Guys the Heavies dont even want to fight because they are to emotional about it all and sometimes snap out.3 weight-classes of fighters willing to drop-em with a set of 2 fighters on the ice at all times to back each other up with some shifts loaded with 3-4 of them.

With the NewAge Oilers the HURT they put on you will come before and after the HIT .

In case Peter isnt on it yet.....he needs to set things up so he can use his toughs to remove opponents physical catalysts EARLY this means some nights it will be a middleweight who will have to pick a fight early or hurt this opponent catalyst EARLY.....and have back-up in place ready to go.

The Oilers need 3-4 bullets in the Chamber........... they havent carried more than one legitimate NHL heavyweight for many years.... ....now they need 3-4 guys in 3 weight-classes who can eliminate the opponents threats to our Skill players as early as possible every night without losing ROSTER TOUGHNESS....it must be that even if you remove TWO legitimate serious NHL Oilers fighters from the ice the Oilers will roll out TWO MORE NEXT SHIFT.

The Oilers Cores OUTSTANDING skill levels now ALLOW them the flexibility to bring in some real tough cookies.....now every line can afford to carry a set of real knuckles at Forward and still produce winning offense [IF THE DEFENSE GETS NEW TEETH- MIN of 3].Gotta be 2 fighters on the ice all the time.......at LEAST one on defense at ALL TIMES.

Good luck Fellas....get some team pictures with big smiles so you remember your teeth because this is going to be a rough year....the NHL isnt just scared now they are JEALOUS....so soon only one of two things will happen during games for you opponents will ROLL OVER EARLY or they will FIGHT TILL THE 2ND PERIOD....so now you need to gear up for the trench-warfare that is surely coming.In 2 years 60% of teams will roll over....now 15% will....so CUSH THEM WITH 10-0 SCORES every chance you get....NEVER PULL BACK ON THE OFFENSE ...get used to scoring late in games it is critical.

A Cat learns more about how to kill a mouse from playing with the first mouse it kills than from the hunt itself fellas.....you gotta learn to run up scores and become man-eaters.....you have NO CHOICE....their are no perfect Champions only experienced ones.Learn to Rag-Doll everyone...expecting the same from them...get dirty and passionate about winning.

Jordan....just keep er steady and focus on your Fitness and strength training of your forearms and lateral back...same as everyone else at this stage...you are ALL WEAK IN THE FOREARMS AND BACKS it is a product of a lifetime of training......not to early to adjust at this point for everyone.I hate to say it and your trainers hate to hear it because of ankle injuies but the biggest reason hockey players are vulnerable to all-round athletes is that they NEVER WORK THEIR JUMP REFLEXES....they MISS a MAJOR AREA OF TRAINING.To build th TOTAL PACKAGE WHICH EVERY PLAYER NEEDS you must EXTEND AND BECOME FLEXIBLE....strive to always extend and push the envelope.Push as much as you pull.

Well the Hawks and Ducks are into it now.

The Ducks owe the NHS a kudo for setting them on the right path.....it is now expected.

If it is not forthcoming the series will go to 7 games with the Hawks taking it.

The Hawks "should know" how to simply bully the Ducks....the NHS was designed to do this and they do use the NHS....but we will just let the Ducks do their thing until it is 3-0 in the series......

Thinks on his feet....adjusts on-the-fly well...is agressively offensive and makes you pay by process for making mistakes on the ice and makes you pay by punishment and is remedially defensive...a coming right at you -in your face-Sabertoothed offense......sounds about right.......

But at the end of the day we didnt see nelson provided with the same tough players we will need to see brought in now...so there are certainly PROXY expectations in place here which to the NHS defines as Playoff entry....so the Oilers SHOULD be a playoff team even if the Coaching isnt out of the Stratosphere to begin with.....as long as 3-4 TOUGH players
are added.


How much further Mac-L can drive the group will soon be seen......the NHS believes if this is done optimally the Oilers could win NOW....the Cup could be in Edmonton next spring.

No one has used the Oilers to slash opponents wide open with no mercy....no one has given them the killer or winning instincts which you only learn by tormenting wounded prey and dominating it any way you choose.

There is every chance Mac-L can sucessfully "blend" this roster into what he wants if some men are willing to change more than others and not whine about it to much.Everyone is going to have to tighten up the strings on their Velvet Crown Royal Bags because the first thing winners LOSE is their wholesome good looks,their noses get dirty.

Note to NHS self......crosschecks and power-stick work are better effected with a low flex HEAVY STICK....so why not retro-push the envelope and bring back the lumber for your d-men to weild????

Just a reminder to NHS fans that I did not open up on the Sharks over the last 5 years......there was a reason.....a tactical reason why some Western Conference teams were not openly included in the NHSs ditherings....even though they were quite obviously going to war with NHS modified processes a lot of the time.Think of it as a lab experiment....where do you think the NHSs most valuable and current data was materialising from???? Traditional processes which were fighting to dominate NHS modified processes.Think about that....no one was pushing the Sharks and others....they were left out of the NHSs equation on purpose.Think "sounding board"

Woodcroft is in for a rude awakening.....he has also been an NHS devotee and has been ble to ply his craft with no critiques....now he is actually in the NHSs wheelhouse....this is likely going to be a repeat of the Eakins/Dellow fiasco....simply because the NHS has "cultured" several NHL teams to use as sounding boards for its own development...now one of those teams has shed its Head Coach and he has landed in the NHSs backyard,lock-stock-and barrel.

The NHS knows EXACTLY what "adjustments" Mac-L and Woody have been making over the last 4-5 years....and yes Dorothy this includes the structures in place to facillitate optimal communications.....this translates into the eye in the sky to the Assts to the Head Coach to the players.Same thing the NHS has been doing....but with extra steps....the changes the Sharks have made to try to keep up with NHL evolution in the WC have been very clear in terms of dynamics....you cannot miss the adjustments or their timeline.

Mac-L is one smart cookie so far....he is well aware the NHL has been evolving rapidly and recently and he is NOT willing to pretend his head is in the sand over it.....he knowledges it and challenges it....this is a very good first step.

The problem is this.....if understandably Mac-L and Woodcroft have been forced to learn under fire as the NHS consumed the Western Conference then they would naturally understand exactly where this NewAge influence which has rapidly evolved the NHL is emanating from......right where they landed....they have been Air-lifted and dropped right dead-center in the middle of the Firefight.

The suggestion from the NHS to look for a team which had compiled a sucessfull record against the Kings and Hawks and other WC teams already using the NHS modifications was genuine...however I am not sure the NHSs primary driver behind the reccomendation was clear enough......the NHS DOES NOT believe the type of team it is referring to has developed an NHS killing process....because the NHS is OPTIMAL so there IS NOTHING BETTER.The NHS was simply directing you to someone who SHOULD be humble enough after having survived in the WC landscape without any focused NHS supports the last 4-5 years to feel comfortable admitting there is "something" powerfull out there....that something wicked this way walks.

The first step to winning is parking the vanity and simply telling the truth ...that somewhere out there there is a bona-fide hockey genius who has ever played a single game in their life.

The truth is that when the internet was introduced all of the "doors" disappeared......the only people those olde doors could keep out was "industry insiders" who could be controlled......no one in cyber-space could be roped in that way .

When I say the entire NHL process was SPANKED...I mean it.....the skinny little unknown lion-hearted external outside influence NHS kicked sand right in its face...then proceeded to wail the living daylights out of it.

No one could close cyber-space.....and the results are clearly defined now.

If Mac-L IS a big-thinker and is a superb communications facillitator then with a 100% certainty he already knows what the NHS is and where it originated from.....the NHS is absolutely open to co-operation.

The simple fact is that if you do not respect your opponent you are destined to let vanity trip you up somewhee along the line.

There is little doubt that Mac-L has managed to put together a process equal in many ways to the Kings and Hawks processes.....[essentially incoporating NHS modifications]however I am not sure Mac-L fully understands that he has been playing a 4+ year game of catch-up ....and now he is in the NHSs wheelhouse.....he is now sitting beside the influence he has been batteling to catch up to for 4+ years in the WC.....the real question is wether or not he even knows how things stand now.

There is no history between the current incumbants and the NHS...zero....completely clean slate.....no bad blood.....nothing.

A simple aknowledgement of the correct history and reciprocal respect and everything is brought into perfect real-time focus.....

Because if thee is even a sniff of cover-up.....the analytical scalpel comes out flailing.

For the record.....Mac-L has built a solid communications structure and process....he is undoubtably bringing it with him....it is NOT optimal yet....it is equal to those team like the Kings and Hawks who have taken their processes to the top of the performance parameters given them by their NHS modifications.

Remember this is NO DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE HAVE SEEN DONE FOR YEARS....the communication may be steamlined and Mac-L may think on his feet and play it by his guts and properly use Woodcroft and his peripheral assets but this still does not come close to matching the NHSs influences or impacts.......the ONLY thing new that can be brought into the equation is...the true NHS......things are no different now than they were 4+ years ago.......the communication conduits seem more streamlined ....enough to compete with other NHS modified processes at any rate.

In terms of putting the best current NHL process on the ice which the Oilers choose to consider ....aside from the Kings and Hawks .....who are the top of the class.....the Sharks process which was competing with the afore-mentioned systems is as good as anything available.

As far as the most dominant impact available....that would be Moma2s Newage Hockey System.

The Oilers have aquired a structure which has found ways to "compete with" NHS modified processes being used by WC teams .....they have not aquired the process which pushed to evolutions of these specific teams........so at the end of the day this is as good as it can get without aquiring the NHS........and this was the exact situation we watched repeating itself over many years.

The best the Oilers can hope to do is catch up to the WC......they now have the players and tactics to do this....domination without the NHS will never happen in todays NHL.

The NHS will not be breaking down this group.....the purpose of the NHS has been served....anything beyond the past interactions would only be static to the current group.

The playing field will now at least be level......Mac-L and Woodcroft and their eye-in-the-sky have duplicated the proper NHS Modified Adjusted-Hybrid execution the Kings and Ducks and Blues ect ect are now using.

The reluctnce to endorse NHS concepts fully is now gone because someone coming fom San Jose looking in from the outside for the entire NHS evolution is on deck with an accurate perspective .....the question is what would the most logical and responsible next step be???

The NHS sees NO REASON the Oilers require further data....they are now on par with League Leaders tacticlly.

What they do from here on in is their issue.

I dont know if Nelly will stay on....he is very qualified in terms of being an NHL Head Coach right now[killer pp]...he is no Eakins.....there will be a demand for a fresh player-friendly Head Coach who is young and in tune with the youngsters ,so I hope Nelly considers staying.

Hawks....I am doing this for the NHS .......all you need to do is stay close to the pucks....all the time.....change the speeds of your dump-ins so you can have an upspeed 2nd man coming in so he gets close to the puck faster,this negates the size advantage and forces big men to be agile....it changes their potential impacts on the ice when you do this consistantly to them.....get yourselves closer to evey single puck and make it a speed/skill game vs a size/skill game.....you need to FORCE your will upon them.....you need to do this by using dump it -to no one type plays where you simply saucer pucks to empty ice where neither you nor the checker may get to it rather than battle it out one-on-one with a inherant size disadvantage....use no-mans land as the 7th man on the ice.....what the heck you poor buggers wont even really be remembered in Frontline NHL history ....but you could have been a legitimate Dynasty....so this ones once again "on" the NHS......this time show some respect maybe and wear the NHS hats as now requested...remember the Rangers are coming up next and if I am not in your corner by then Slats will get the data bursts.

Remember use "no mans land as the 7th man" and get closer to pucks......big men turn slower and also accellerate slower.

You might find you WISH to dump in more pucks to different areas of the ice/no-mans-land/ with properly timed upspeed supports.Thats ok as long as you implement the 7th man advantage in the ways which support your NHS focus which is always going to be what has brought you sucess in the past----explosive offense--- so you now simply need to use these tips to tilt the ice in your favor .... you need to MANUFACTURE DYNAMICS which cultivate OPPORTUNITY TO UTILISE EXPLOSIVE OFFENSE O SKILL AND SPEED ...do er as Moma2 tells you to do...no room to balk now because the Ducks have ALL the momentum in their favor....you MUST DISMANTLE THEM and remove the Refs and special teams from the game......5-on-5 to turn this Anaheim Tide right now....you need to present a consistant 60 minute impact to create the 5-on-5 scoring you will require to dispatch the Ducks.....and this is what the NHS modified your System to do so whats up fellas....get on it...now.

You cant use the Tactical Shooting Program unless you can generate sufficient shots on net without the majority being peripheral.....so once you begin to get closer to pucks and to use the 7th Man to your advantage then the opportunitys to use your speed and skill to break into instant offensive transition with extended possesions EXPLOSIVELY will materialise....THEN the Tactical Shooting Program will begin to chainsaw through their Goaltender....once they pull him you will have turned the tide.....so put in the hard work the data burst you just recieved requires and then simply execute your short explosive rushes with quick-release shots as per the TSP......

Remember....at the end of the day N/S is your least optimal directional focus.....E/W is second least desirable.....diagonally is where the Hawks dismantle the Ducks.....the NHS has made it so...now the Hawks simply need to execute as directed.

This is a Ducks specific set of adjustments.Dont try to expand beyond this series.

Keep Toews away from the net front,dont waste time and energy there,use Fly-bys and tip-ins or stabs at rebounds....dont let your feet get set so they can engage you using their strength and centers of gravity....skate low to the ice and eat the lumber make their size a DISADVANTAGE in every way possible for 60 minutes....dont forget those slow lazy REALLY high dump-ins which get lost in the lights to d-men and give smallish skill guys enough time to catch those big bodies turning as they try to track the pucks dropping in on them....ha ha ha.

There it is....the template to eliminate the Ducks which fits the Hawks NHS modified Adjusted-Hybrid System.......the Ducks CANNOT STOP THIS FOCUS IF IT IS EXECUTED CONSISTANTLY.....it is not based upon their System it is based upon exposing and dominating their personell man for man by turning the dynamic tables on them.

What the NHS has given the NHL is a "foothold" into the future......that is all....just a taste....nothing more....the NHS could sit back and watch the Rangers introduce the NHS to the Eastern Conference slowly...why not....this was the original Tactical Dynamic Template.....the NHS could eat the NHL very slowly or crunch it very fast.

I am beginning to seriously believe that Pro Hockey is a waste of time.....these managers are screwy....wayyyy to powerfull....they dont have to listen if they dont want to...in Pro Ball they would not last a year....NHL Hockey has a skewed accountability structure....intentionally skewed.There is a massive disconnect between the Fanbase and the NHL Managers...the NHLs Fans are treated like dirt.....no one cares what they see or how they wish the game to be played....NHL Managers have the POWER to IGNORE the Fans in NHL Hockey.......in other Sports no such twisted dynamic exists.

This simply means that it is easier for NHL Teams to bury themselves....the Fanbases of Pro Sports are IN-TOUCH with how the game evolves moreso than the men managing the teams in the league,and when the NHL cuts the Fans out of the evolutionary process then it destroys its own future.

ONLY in the National Hockey league could the NHS have been buried so deeply for so long....ONLY in NHL HOCKEY are things still so corrupt.

Moneypuck has happened and the NHL has NOT MARKETED IT.....they have SUPPRESSED IT.....this is the single biggest portent to the NHLs future health and well being.....it doesnt look to good.

Mac-T.Lowe,Sutter,Bowman,Slats,Eakins,.............you are all less than Professional....in the NHSs history only ONE MAN has the GUTS-PRIDE--Cojones and LOVE FOR THE GAME in strong enough quantitys to put his own agenda aside to support what he knew was a superior and NewAge IMPACT HITTING HIS GAME.....the late and respected Pat Quinn was and remains the single honest NHL Manager.....Pat wasted NO TIME ENDORSING THE NHS.....the FIRST TIME the NHS was presented to him Pat recognised it for what it was and he knew where it needed to be and he tried to put it there.

The single biggest mistake in NHL history was the Oilers NOT following Pat Quinns lead in endorsing the NHS....because Pat was on it from DAY ONE the second he knew it was there for him to use .....before the Kings and Hawks tuned in.....before ANYONE ELSE TUNED IN.

Oh yes,suppressing the NHS cost its creator millions of dollars.....but it cost greater men their place in history....the NHS wasnt looking for money OR history....it was looking for improvement.

The Oilers had a chance to become an INSTANT DYNASTY 4+ years ago...they balked....the Kings picked up the diamond the Oilers lost but they used it to win the Cup but refused to shine it up by aknowledging source and were remediated by having back-to-back Cups denied them by the NHSs Moma2 ,the Hawks pick-pocketed the Kings and they DID shine up the NHS a little and won the Cup with it,enough for it to get more attention but then exactly like the Kings the Hawks refused to aknowledge source when requested and they were also remediated and denied back-to-back Cups .....none of the aforementioned teams aknowledged the NHS....not a one of them..... they were remediated.

Now the Hawks are back and have been asked to aknowledge source....the NHS doesnt expect them to comply so they WILL BE REMEDIATED count them out next game....the Rangers are now using the NHS and not paying respects so they have been requested to do so but the NHS doesnt expect them to listen either so they are remediated,gone as well next game....it WILL be TWO TEAMS WHO DO NOT USE THE NHS in the Stanley Cup finals if both the Hawks and Rangers refuse to pay due respects.

The NHSs evolution has been healthy and strong.....it is now better served to eat its young than to let the population get out of control.Sniping Teams off during the Playoffs is the easiest thing to do in the world....and now the NHS can afford to remediate ANY TEAM ANY TIME.....you may literally rip up the NHL and set a regular season points record....but the NHS will sweep you in round one if you dont respect it.In case it isnt clear here.....the NHS doesnt have to ASK for respect...it has earned it....and earns more every time it remediates a non-compliant NHL team.

You have things tracking in the right direction.....you have used different strategies over the last 3 games,the question is do you accept the dangerous role of driver here or do you keep pushing to improve yourselves using high level urgency to stay in focus and in the moment?There is danger in choosing to become the driver at this point.....its a one game show-down mow-down....so maybe its better not to feel like your hands are completely on the wheel right now.....remember that urgency you need which catalyses everyone to rise above and beyone right?

The thuggery came out last game....the big men were simply driving everyone to the ice ......they were imposing themselves on the Hawks making sure they removed them from the playactions by knocking them down.....it was an act of desperation only to be topped by the same type of play with higher stakes like gm7.....the Ducks have gone to their primary strength...size and strength.....they have nowhere else to go because the Hawks have been able to adjust tacticlly to everything else the Ducks have presented....you cannot be a one-trick pony when the NHS is actively involved...you MUST ADJUST....and the Ducks fell a step behind as soon as the Hawks began making the right tactical analysis and decisions.The Flames had the Ducks number....but they wouldnt wear the NHS hats.....so process exposure resulted....the Ducks system was then exposed......it only takes 10 minutes to undo an entire season of tactical planning and system work if you are the CREATOR OF and the best in the world at using Intuitive Dynamic Analysis and Intuitive Dynamic Management.Actually more like 5 minutes.

Just exactly what do you think motivated the Rangers to suddenly go all NHS last game and use one simple KISS NHS playaction over and over to extend their series huh?I mean it was absolutely text-book NHS tactics[NHS guess is Messier].....in fact there is a post-game video of a Chicago Coach looking as discombobulated as Jon Cooper looked trying to explain exactly what happened to his SYSTEM after the Oilers who were the first NHL team to use NHS tactics dismantled his process completely exposing it.....poor Jon was TRYING to be forthright but he seriously didnt know what hit him post-game......he was absolutely blindsided by pure NHS tactics.

Now we have 2 game 7's.....2 teams actively using the NHS....one in each Conference.....the first time in 5 years an EC Team is on the right track......the Ducks and Bolts are traditionalists.....the Hawks are pure NHS and the Rangers think they are sneaky but are now implementing NHS data as well........nowhere near the Hawks level of actionability but still on the right track.

In a prefect world the 2 NHS implementing teams will meet.......the NHS has worked hard to "accomodated" this exact dynamic.....first time in fifteen years huh?of course the dynamic is epic its NHS driven it has to be optimal...so now lets roll and see what happens in these gm7's.
