People attack her because her own self-esteem issues and mental issues caused her to seek out the fertility drugs and carry all of these kids to term as a single parent. No, when faced with caring for all of them, she's now like "Oh woe is me", and people simply are responding with "You made your own bed lady...lie in it"

And, it was after she'd already done the same for her first SIX kids, before the EIGHT! And, while on public support.

There is no father that ran out on her, she did this all solo, clinically.

By "cool" I mean, "the thing to do" or "going with the pack". I get upset too when I realize I am doing something because others are doing it. I used the example to point out that "solo" isn't the only way to achieve this outcome. True my mother doesn't have as many children...

She should've looked at how hard it was to take care of 6 kids before she went on to take care of 14 by herself. Kids don't come cheap. To raise a child cost on average about $250,000 or more. so times that by 14 and you would need 3,500,000.00. No wonder her house is fore closing. The kids that drew all over the walls devalued her house even more.

She needs to get her head straightened and figured out before she runs into more problems. Porn now there's an idea!!! Solo probably the best option to not risk into getting anymore children. There, she is making some changes as we speak, good on her. This will somehow inevitably lead into getting more children as the actor could no longer contain himself.

Stupid females like her are held up in other countries as a prime example of why women shouldn't be allowed to do anything for themselves, why America is the 'great satan', and all those other terrible things. Perhaps we can send her overseas to find how repressed women get to live without choice, without voice, without a freaking thing. She had money and blew it, did she not? As for the "why people attack her" end of the deal... she didn't just make one bad decision, she made several, on purpose, after getting the media's attention. She brought herself into the spotlight and then proceeded to make a complete fool of herself, knowing that her antics would only be grist for the rumor mills, supermarket rags, and hopefully a fast buck, of which she was obviously too stupid to take care of properly. Its not cool to attack an idiot for being an idiot. It is however open season on anybody who does it on purpose.

Honestly, I'm wondering who you are to judge her. She's trying to make money doing something that will make her happy, and you have to debase it?

At least she's trying. That's more than I can say about a lot of people...

The woman has a major mental illness. See it for what it is. Changing how her own face looks didn't do anything for a shattered self esteem, so having children was next, and that didn't work either.

Yet the posters here do nothing but come on here, attack her looks, and call her a leech, and you are worried about her effect on society?

First off, she has made the news because her story is so sensational, she is not an anyway shape or form, a role model or indicator of society. But the shallow responses on this thread, are.

I am glad that social services are there to help her children, who have no choice over their situation. That is doing what it is supposed to do which is support a family whose mother is incapable of working, due to her mental illness. Where someone falls through the cracks of society that doesn't stop a doctor from allowing someone so obviously incompetent,from having more children,that doesnt' recongize mental illness and provide therapy and treatment.

but, I do realize that there is people working for companies that are making big bucks off of the student loan scam, and thus some have no choice but to keep the mantra up!!! Go to school.....get a degree......make the big bucks..... .....maybe....!!!! regardless of weather you do get that great job or not......you will be making me money and paying off that debt...even if you become disabled...since, well.......you have no choice!!! there is no such thing as bankruptcy with student loans.. and they tend to grow, get bigger and bigger as time goes by, because we will keep tacking on more fees and charges everytime you get laid off, sick, hurt, or for whatever reason end up missing a payment!!! you will start out owing just $20,000 or so, and end up owing us hundreds of thousands of dollars, and if we play our cards right, can just buy off a few more senators, maybe we can get that debt passed on, with a few more fees attached....to your kids!!!!!

Nothing I posted was a lie or slander (which, to fit, would have to be untrue). Each of my claims regarding the facts of her case can be easily verified.

She had 6 other kids through fertilization, on her own, prior to then having the same procedure again, and having eight more, all while on disability. This is a fact.

THAT is why people frown on her, not because it is "cool" to do so. Personally, I think she should do the porn, so she's paying for her kids vs. the taxpayers.

But the "pack" decided that he touched little kids, and I went along with it. (Again, I will site the lack of evidence for both MJ's supposed pedophila AND this lady and her supposed porn.)

A grown man, living in an amusement park, who likes to have minors sleep with him in his bed (his own words by the way, in Bashir's interview if you care to see it), and multiple accusations, and you feel there is a "lack of evidence"? There are plenty of red flags there. No doubt he was a major talent and influence, but I also have little doubt he was at least guilty of some impropriety with some of those kids.

There's a difference between bizarre quirks of personality and outright inappropriate behavior. Would you say the same of a father sleeping in bed with his daughter because she asked to?

Personally, you use circumstantial evidence to bolster your own opinion of what is "proper" in today's world. You think it's weird, and you use law to say "Yeah, I'm right." There is no proof of any inappropriate behavior, besides an admission that children bring him joy, or make him feel comfortable sleeping at night.

Big deal. So someone who sleeps with the lights on has a fetish for light bulbs?

I completely wanted to believe MJ, but after the documentary, and hearing his own comments, it only cemented that the public opinion is likely on the money in his case. Of course now, we'll never really know the truth...but I have to agree to disagree, as from his own comments, I think he did those things, but still didn't believe he did anything wrong in his own mind.

Fine, how do you explain the Michael Jackson correlation? There were no taxpayers involved there! Also, I didn't realize other countries paid American taxes! (Or are you saying that all the hatefull comments are just from Americans?) What about the non-Americans? What's their excuse?

We know damn well why this is so sensational. Because people NEED someone to be better than. They NEED to watch people in trouble, and give their two-cents on the matter. I am no better (or worse), I just try to keep hatfull ignorant comments out of my change purse.

Sleeping in a bed with children is not the same as being attracted to, and having sexual relations with a child. So, not only am I saying there is a lack of evidence to pedophile claims, THERE IS A LACK OF EVIDENCE!

Actually, here's the reason for my view. I studied economic trends, demographics, and pay scales in various fields that I had a personal interest in. I am a pretty good troubleshooter with cars, trucks, and large engines, therefore I looked into the field of industrial maintenance as well as instrumentation. These two fields are nearly bereft of women workers, have a large deficit of jobs versus viable workers, and lucrative pay scales in many areas of the country, as well as lots of chances for advancement. When I graduate, I will have a job waiting for me, because I'm not learning some skill for a market already flooded and doesn't pay what I want, such as becoming a counselor, liberal arts, or what the heck ever. This country needs its working populace to be more educated in engineering, math, and science. That is the field that I have chosen. I did this not because it was easy, either. I'm only one of two women in my entire school taking this course. Its a challenge both on a physical and intellectual front, but I am loving every minute of it. By the way, I am a single mom of a disabled child, growing a garden to keep food on the table and working every minute I can to make ends meet. So, when I suggest going to school, sunshine, its not for the profit of others, but for the profit of the person I'm speaking of. One can only succeed in life by learning, but by choosing wisely what to learn, success is even greater.
