I don't know off the top what the best resources for this live information are, but this is the best I found.

I have CNN on. Rumors of Gingrich "suspending" his campaign. It doesn't look like CNN is going to do a full primary night coverage, with screens and large panels and the kind of tech they usually do. I'm interested how Santorum will do in his home state of Pennsylvania, even though he pretty much quit. Five states voting today.

Should be a easy sweep for Romney with exception of Delaware where Gingrich has a chance. Even with a win I do not see the point of him staying in the race. At least he can claim he moved up to second place I guess.
