Uses NANOTECH. Wow, dont pee i nthe water folks, though that sounds absurd now, just look at the UAV program flying over U.S.A. now.

Not even your closet is safe.

I am afraid with the tech out there, if there ever was a resistance, I am not sure how the common person can defend or attack against the tech.

It doesn't seem very practical to me, what would they need to spy on underwater? Could be good to use the same idea for deep sea exploration though
