“Under certain circumstances, the FBI has the ability to bend or suspend the law to impinge on the freedom of others,” one FBI PowerPoint presentation bluntly stated. The circumstances under which the FBI could get the carte blanche to violate one of the pillars of American society were not stated.

Like we didnt already know the FBI (and CIA, etc) thinks they are a law unto themsleves. Just interesting to see it in writing.

Also, what's their problem with Asians? Double standards. If Joe Blow were to make comments like that, he would be arrested for commititng a "hate" crime. Are we reall that far gone in this country?

I suppose the good news is that so many of these things that have gone on for so long seem to be getting more and more exposed these days.
