Any JJ Cale fans here? I want to know the Title of this Song

As the title of this thread says, I'm looking for the name of a song by JJ Cale and also want to know from which album it is.
It is in this episode of "Auf Achse" (On Wheels) a German TV-Series about 2 truckers. This episode was recorded in 1977 so it's likely from an album from before that year.

The song starts at 14:30.
