What will happen to the advancement of technology when the Global Economy Collapse?

Will Technology still advance despite the the Collapse or would it regress? What will happen to video game systems, TVs, military hardware Phones and computers? Are they going to advance or regress?

Structured culture and knowledge can only exist after the creation free time, this was first managed by the surplus generated by agriculture and streamlined by evolving class systems. The clerics and the ruling casts for instance, today culture and knowledge is only accessible to most people because immediate necessities are often provided by society. Note that only free time will not generate technological evolution, necessity and strife are the most notorious promoters of innovation...

Without a strong economy and due to the foreseen chaos we will dive in something like the dark ages, depending on the severity, if infrastructures are not kept knowledge will indeed be lost and we will regress...

If survival is the imperative and there is no time for contemplation, ideas will not flourish and art will have no purpose...

The biggest advances that we've undergone are moot because they are in the hands of irresponsible war-mongering jerk-offs.

If you can't kill with it, control with it, manipulate with it, or monitor with it, you can expect that it won't be bothered with after the collapse. Our leaders perpetuate hatred, destruction, and death. That is all they know and all they intend to do.

So, to answer your question, we're screwed.

Technology will still advance but in isolated pockets unless we can keep the free flow of information intact. Different individuals or groups will continue working on what they are good at, more or less depending on how the collapse effects them. I can still make advancements in mathematics in a cave with nothing but sticks and stones, but that's easier than someone who's accustomed to making their advancements with the help of a particle collider or some other hi-tech gadget.
