I believe he's speaking at his city council, and is ranting about being arrested for using the "F" word.

It's the kind of rant that is timeless. It can be applied to any corrupt politician, any decade.

Eh, Ive seen this video and definitely would not labeled it as Epic, not even close. It was amusing but by the time he landed his 10th lame insult I was no longer amused. Video gets a overall but he gets a for having the balls to speak so moronically in front of the council and public.

I saw this video a week or two ago as the word "EPIC' caught my attention.
I proceeded to watch the vid and found out it seems to be the village idiot in front of the village.
The only thing epic about this video is the epic fail.

Ya he's not the brightest in the bunch,but made me laugh.
