A New Shopping Experience for North Koreans

Good news out of Korea Hope they government takes more steps to par up with their brothers to the South.

good for them, such a shame something like this has taken so long to happen. i just hope they keep it real

Well, what do ya know. Potemkin Village gets a modern shopping mall. lol....

Now what I find striking is to compare the photos of the happy shoppers and what they're wearing...how they're fed and cared for...with the general crowd shots (Those precious few that even exist) which show normal, average North Koreans. Quite a difference... I love all the nice new jackets..with the great fur line around the collar. So shiny.. So new... Not a stain or spec on a single one of them.

So ... Did they get to shop for the new duds BEFORE they got to shop for new stuff or did they run in, pull a Clark Kent in the changing room and come back out with the nice clothes just in time to start the rest of the shopping trip for the cameras??

Hope they government takes more steps to par up with their brothers to the South.
