Soviet astronauts find secret base on moon in 50s?

I cant remember if i read this on ATS but is there any more information availble about the soviets being the first to land on the moon?
In what ive read before they discovered an alien base that looked deserted and on closer investigation its sentry guns went into action killing one astronaut and sending the other running,he managed to survive and leave the moons surface and return back to earth (that bit sounds bizzare?) The story is apparentley quite well known amongst russians? (according to my buisness partner who is from Moscow-he told me this earlier today when he saw me on ATS)

Already discussed in another thread, please use the Boolian search feature toi locate it. I believe the story was debunked many years ago.
