A warmonger is a pejorative term that is used to describe someone who is eager to encourage a people or nation to go to war.

So no, talking about war does not equate Warmonger. Understanding or studying wars does not equate warmonger. Voting for politicians that say war might be necessary does not equate warmonger. Just thought I would like to clear that up.

A warmonger is something much worse than that idea you found on the wik for nations do need to be incouraged to go to war most of the time. Say Hitler was a warmonger but FDR was not. Lincon was not a warmonger.
