Three bomb blasts have rumbled Thailand and Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak is blaming Iran and says all were was part of an attempted terrorist attack.

Israel and the U.S. have recently stated they are on high alert for this sort of thing.

Some might think this an obvious Mossad plan to make Iran look bad and set more furniture on the stage for war.

Iran naturally is denying any involvement.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Tuesday said that a series of bomb blasts that struck Thailand on Tuesday was part of an attempted terrorist attack perpetrated by Iran.

An Iranian man was seriously wounded in Bangkok on Tuesday when a bomb he was carrying exploded and blew one of his legs off, Thai police and government officials said, but they declined to speculate on whether he was involved with any militant group. Shortly before, there had been an explosion in a house the man was renting in the Ekamai area of central Bangkok, and shortly afterward, another blast on a nearby road. Five people were injured in the blasts.

"The attempted terror attack in Thailand proves once again that Iran and its proxies continue to operate in the ways of terror and the latest attacks are an example of that," Barak said while on a state visit to Singapore. The incident came one day after near simultaneous attacks on Israeli embassies in India and Georgia.
The article states later that authorities have not determined that the "Iranian" was Iranian,
or if Israel was even the intended target

[color=limegreen]Despite Barak's accusations leveled against Tehran, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that Israel was in contact with the authorities in Bangkok and was still awaiting confirmation that the man involved in the blasts was indeed Iranian.

The ministry added that it was not yet clear if Israel was the intended target of the attacks.
??????

The reports seem hazy and full of holes (no pun intended).

This may be a bit of an over-reaction on the part of Israeli officials

but then again, they are a nervous bunch

Neat pictures, Thanks.

That article doesn't seem to "confirm" anything either.
