Thanks, but I pulled the .flv out of the page source. It's definitely bizarre, but why would it cut off in the middle like that? And why if it was "leaked" would it be recorded off of a TV?

I don't think there's anything sinister or conspiracy related here. For all we know it's the guy in the middle's birthday or something.

ETA Why does the uploader cut in at the end of another performance? She's not that great of a dancer...

I imagine that it is some kind of introduction-video, and someone filmed it with his phone, and was interrupted.
I don't think there is a great conspiracy here either, but I find it interesting.

I doubt if this was some secret gathering/ritual it would have made it to youtube although who knows...

It's interesting, and I am taking it seriously, although it has the potential to be a serious joke on us....
