A very real Ufo Event in Wales, UK - Jan 2012!!!

I am posting this video with the intention of gathering some expert's opinions and views;While i am not ruling out CGI just now this video comes with witness testimony and day time footage of the area the UFO was filmed in.So i would appreciate good honest opinions;The second video is of the day time landscape where this lights/object was filmed;

The static in the picture almost looks like ionized particles hitting the ccd sensor.
