That is not a budget, its propaganda. Complete crap. I want to see the line items with detailed costs. Can't believe they release this garbage as is. Yeah, here is your blank check Obama.

It doesn't exist in paper form as of now as far as I know...

They will print it out or e-mail it to all the members 3 days before they vote on it like every year...

This is as close as you will come to seeing it before it is signed... just like every year.
