huck Norris, identified this election as the endorsement most sought after by Republicans, says he’s throwing his considerable influence behind the campaign for president in 2012 of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich because “we need a veteran of political war who has already fought Goliath.”

www.wnd.com...

What are you doing Chuck. You have been a huge supporter of Ron Paul and now you decide to endorse Newt.

Its a Sad day.

Hopefully Alex Jones will have him on his show some time soon and that Ron Paul fans will take it easy on him, to prevent the media to have a excuse to make Ron Paul look bad.

People relax. This is not the real Chuck Norris. We all know that if Chuck Norris were to change his mind about anything this significant, the universe itself would implode, and the ensuing cascading effect of a new pre-big bang would tear apart the fabric of space time, causing American Citizens to forget the fact that they've been dealing with government incompetence for a number of years, and will elect a new leader that is no different from his or her predecessors, hence continuing the erosion of personal liberties, rampant warmongering, and the rewarding of corruption and greed.

We have nothing to worry about.

I have to admit this is something of a surprise. I wanted to know what Mr. Norris' thinking was, so I went to the column in which he endorsed Gingrich. Here's a link to it.Norris endorsement

Norris said these are the ten key questions to ask of the Republican field, and that Gingrich was the answer to most of them.

1.Who is most committed to follow and lead by the U.S. Constitution?
2.Who has the greatest leadership ability to rally, unify and mobilize citizens across political and societal spectrums?
3.Who has the best working comprehension of America?
4.Who has the best ability to influence a volatile world away from its brink of destruction?
5.Who has clear and present moral fortitude?
6.Who can best beat President Barack Obama (in and outside of debates)?
7.Who has the best abilities to lead Washington politics and politicians?
8.Who has the best plan and leadership ability to restore America’s economy?
9.Who is the most fiscally prudent?
10.Who has demonstrated the highest regard for human life?

Assuming that Norris isn't insane, what does he see are Paul's weaknesses? Which questions would have to have been answered differently for Paul to win Norris' endorsement?

In short, what can we learn from this?
