I you have some kind of illness you can go to an emergency room and get help.

They will treat you without insurance for a while. ----------------

In answer to the title question of this thread;

Yes many American people are (brain dead)...they are into apathy. Many of these apathetic people are the ones that will vote for Mr. Romney.

FOX, CNN, NBC, ABC. They all tell the masses who to vote for, within there respective parties.

I think a lot of people are in a defeatist mindset. They have no hope of making a difference, so they'll vote for whomever they think will be "the winner".
