I got my pants pulled down with Elenin. I can't tell you about any other incidents w/o a big Japan style earthquake.

Be aware that your body is at a certain frequency and it could be affected. --------------

Please explain more on our frequencies being vulnerable? Just a little more detail would be awesome.

Also, why do we need extra vitamin c ?

I guess Vitamin C is a good idea if you're going to be having your pants down.

Maybe throw in some Vitamin B too?

My brain fog came from years of partying......

That is what alcohol and other things do to you

That has got to be one of the more confusing things I've read in awhile.

I'd recommend lowering the dosage of Vitamin '___'.

I don't think frequency changes are causing brain fog... although there is something to be said about all of the frequencies that are bombarding us every second in the form of EMF from artifical sources....

But back to the original point, I think our diets, and sleep habbits, and stress cause brain fog, as well as dehydration.

If you are well hydrated, well rested, eat healthy organic food, stay active, and lower your stress levels, I think brain fog would be eliminated....

Well, seems like most animal life exists on this planet on a certain frequency range. If there was another signal that could change this range, then there could be some biological disruption.-----------------------

Apples are also said to be brain food. They help us think clearer.

Well, have you noticed any changes in your dreams lately? During an active day your mind could zone out changes. Feeling tired? Less able to concentrate?------------------I have felt it!

I usually have nightmares about women screaming and bombs exploding, and I wake up in a cold sweat shaking, and then I cry myself to sleep again.

I will gladly wait for Elenin. From your description, she is quite an aggressive lass.
