Eh, no. She was banned cause it was his turn to talk and she continuously interrupted him.

This is parliament, not a playground. It was his turn to speak.

If it happened in the UK, and it was a ministers turn to speak and someone continously interrupted, the same would happen.

She's done it before, again to an Israeli-Arab minister. Michaeli also told the YNet Web site that the country shouldn’t be represented in the Eurovision Song Contest by a singer who “looks Arab,”

I'm sure the Knesset wouldn't ban her if she wasn't out of order, no?
