I just recieved a letter from Health care alliance. Inside was two perscription discount cards which promised 75% off all medications. I did some
googleing and found out the company was founded in Oct. 2011 based out of NYC. The letter I got came from Washington DC and the return address when
googled comes back to a UPS store. If you get this letter trash it. If you use the card this is what will most likely happen. The pharmacist will call
the number on the card. The company will ask to verify the patients info which would be name DOB and Social Security #. Then they will likely ask the
pharmacist to check your Drivers License and probably have them read the DL # to them. There goes your identity. I will be turning over this info to
the cops today.
I posted in the medical forum because I think by being on the main forum it will reach the most people. Feel free to move if you deem it neccesary.
