Please, someone explain this to me...

How did we come to this conclusion ?
Is there another country in the world who will eventually be liable for 9/11 ?

(AP) NEW YORK - A federal judge has signed a default judgment finding Iran, the Taliban and al Qaeda liable in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

And who was responsible for all of these people for coming to power? I really need to ask this federal judge that question.

That is a very VERY good question. The Judicial branch is getting mighty close...if not right on over...that fine line between powers of the 3 branches of Government. Foreign policy is an Executive Branch duty, whether I like the executive or not..and regardless of personal feelings on the Judge's ruling.

The separation was written into the Constitution for real good reasons and needs to be enforced. Perhaps a Judge needs a reminder from the other two branches once in awhile because it's really getting out of hand with the Stench from the Bench flowing outside the U.S. borders.

Iraq, Iran. What's one letter difference? If They want Us to invade somewhere, the letter won't make any difference at all.

(What does a "judge" know, anyway?)
