So I've finally decided to show my support for this Occupy Movement and head down to City Hall for tonight's wrongful eviction.

Just letting everybody know we'll be live streaming the event so make sure you stay tuned tonight, starting at 9PM PST.

Wish us luck!

I certainly wish you luck... L.A. is one I watch with trepidation. If violence is likely anywhere, that site comes near the top of a short list. I hope everything goes peacefully. By the way....pace yourself. I've been watching these like everyone else and I noticed something different about the West Coast. They don't seem to favor the late night raids. Especially not after the first violent night in Oakland. They seem to prefer raids right around dawn out there.

Either way, here is hoping all goes peacefully and without major incident, however the night turns out for the camp.

Good for you and good luck! LA was very different from others IMO, it's sad that it's being threatened. But as we have seen with other evictions it by no means is an end to the movement. I hope you stay safe.

Riots are this cities cup of tea. I doubt we'll be seeing any though. I'm sure they'll be brutally evicted come midnight or whenever it is they're planning on evicting them.

It is now 9:10 PM PST and I see a picture of someone's room. Nice speaker. Is the OWS-LA protest going to be held in your home?

Thanks for the live feed.

As far as the OWS movement goes, well I was raised that if you don't have anything nice to say you shouldn't say anything........

I think it's funny how many OWS supporters claim they are not communists/socialists, yet even the live broadcasts show protesters holding communist signs and pictures of che.

What a joke.

Hey Guys,

JGibWakes here aka Red 5 Rebel News. Thank you all for coming showing up on the live feed. We're sorry for the couple feed drops when our batteries ran out. This was our first ever live feed so we'll definitely be more prepared next time. Special thanks to Conspiracity for keeping us posted with police communications.

My account:
No raid, no eviction. Cops definitely baracaded off streets with semi riot gear (no shields). The overall mood of the park was pretty calm, very relaxed. Even most of the police seemed pretty relaxed. Lots of dancing, lots of different people/political parties there, lots of marijuana smoke. As mentioned there definitely were some Commies, Socialists, and Marxists out there but didn't seem to be anywhere close to overall majority. I've watched videos and live feeds of some of the other occupies and this seemed to be one of the most calm and peaceful. Lots of msm were out in full force with helicopters and news vans. Highlight of the night had to be a large circle that formed at the corner of Spring Street and 1st Ave. Everyone locked arms and began to hum. I, of course, got into the middle of the circle and began filming everybody.

The police chief did go around with some guy that claimed to be the media coordinator of the movement in LA, and thanked people for being calm and asked them to move out of the streets so that they wouldn't have to arrest anyone. Also, he told everyone they could return to camp and sleep easy knowing that they wouldn't be arresting anyone tonight. No violence, no confrontations, just everyone pretty much harmonious.

Again, thanks to everyone who joined us on a pretty fun night.
