My first ghost sighting.

hi, when i was fairly young (7-10) i woke up in the middle of the night and saw a figure of a woman staring blankly at me. it was one of the most scary things i ever witnessed. at first i decided maybe it was my mother so i said "mom?? is that you??"" and she just kept staring at me. i then screamed for my mom and she came in and walked through her. then she disapeared.

i'm sure it wasn't a case of sleep parylasis. because i had full control over my body.

You MAY have just been too tired and hallucinating...

i doubt it. i was wide awake, and i could feel her presence.
