I remember reading the A-12 Oxcart was initally a CIA project before the USAF entered in with the SR-71. With all the effort being put toward UAV/UCAV development, is there any sense the CIA is working on any 'manned' concepts?

With all the discussion of a succesor to the Blackbird, does anyone think the CIA is operating aircraft more advanced than our USAF (i.e. Groom Lake Operations)?

There are two research groups that are currenty active regrading some of this topic:

The Aurora Research Group
The Area 51/Groom lake Research Group

Both are located in the research forum and have tons of good information.
