For me it´s:

Lady in the water.

M. Night Shyamalans masterpiece.

Most misunderstood film ever. Perfect storyline. True characters. Amazing music.

I was astounded that just only a few could feel the deep message, even if it was such a simple one.

Hope.

I think the Twilight Saga movies have been well done.
GalaxyQuest
The new Star Trek think they really chose the cast well.

I would say Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy is one of my favorite movies. Though I don't know if I would say it is the best movie of all time.

To be best, it should be endlessly re-watchable, and only two do it for me:

The Fifth Element

Lord of the Rings

Best Boy - the story of Philip (Philly) Wohl.

I couldn't choose just one, there are so many awesome movies out there!
Definitely one of these though:

Neverending Story

Labyrinth

Amadeus

Princess Bride

Also, LOTR Trilogy, Back to the Future, Contact, and I, Robot

By the way, why do so many people say Blade Runner is such a great movie? I just watched it recently because I had heard so much about it and I was pretty disappointed. Maybe my attention span is too short, but I thought it moved too slow and was just...kind of boring.
