North Korea to restart talks with US

Does anyone think these talks may be a precursor to a nuclear incident? I feel this may be a dog and pony show so that we can start conflict with N. Korea. What are the thoughts of the other ATS'ers?

what do you mean wasnt the us and nk already in a conflict then it got put on hold?
