If "Humanism" is a religion should our taxes go to social welfare and other institutions that support these types of systems within the USA?

Actually, Humanism is a non-religious and, well, anti-religious who believe man is capable of self-cultivation, self-determination, and self-improvement., it's not a religion.

Using the logic you have stated, we should also dualism, hermeticism, hereditarianism, and all other infinite schools of thought not pertaining to some religious creed, religions.

Well, the anti-religious version is usually called secular humanism, to show the difference between it and humanism.
