Movie parodies or spoofs have been done for years and years but now that everybody has their own cameras, we have Youtube, and ever since Be Kind Rewind invented 'sweding' they've become more and more popular.

Now anyone can make their own movie spoof and the best bit is they're often hilarious, usually because they're either very good, or they're so bad you can't help laughing.

Here are some good ones.

These two are so bad they're brilliant.

Some awesome special effects. Almost professional.[lol]

Don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for but I laughed at them.

I can't really post it here, but there is a porn spoof of Rocky Horror that is just too funny. Seriously, if you're a fan of that cult classic, you really should pick this up...even if just to hear what they do with the songs!

Exactly that kind of stuff. I find it more entertaining than the real thing sometimes.

I'm saving for a camera to make my own. You know me, it'll have to be a sweded Korean. Or is that Korean Swede? It'll have a Scots accent anyway, and subbed.

I'm gonna look for that now. Your description reminded me of Flesh Gordon for some reason.

Now THAT would be funny. I'm just imagining those Glaswegian Dolmio ads dubbed over oldboy. All scenes of you beating a bunch of neds into sauce with a claw hammer.

Say yer prayers bawjaws.

P.S. remember the scene in oldboy just after he gets out and starts a fight with those dudes on the street? They call him a chopanske or something (which ends up translating to something I can't post here). Does anyone know how you would actually spell the word using our alphabet? It has become my go to word for cussing people out so I wish I knew how to spell it.

Here's another.

"my ponytail can connect with other animals 'DOO-BOO'"

Same company, hehe....

Funny thing is, these spoofs actually have good acting! This seems to be a new and profitable trend in the industry. The Batman one looks amazingly accurate as well (old series parody)...right down to the costumes, batmobile, sound effects, tilted camera angles, etc.

The egg stormtroopers are great!

There's a video called "Troops" you can like find too. It's like "Cops", but with Storm Troopers on Tatooine. It's pretty funny, and done pretty well. I bought it at a convention years ago (before YouTube), but its on VHS, so can't share it easily here.

EDIT: here's a link...

I could watch a pile of these over a "real" movie any time

Special effects for this one must have cost at least £15.
Brilliant!
