I just used the title of the item itself.

Chinese lanterns are fairly common in the philippines. Chinese culture permeates its society and even its people have chinese ancestry.

What I'm trying to say is, most folks there should be able to recognize chinese lanterns when they see them.

Also, the videographer, HIPHOP3123, said "they" disappeared.

That said, here's the video and short description.

I was going to say Chinese lanterns too but look to the right of the video while it's filming. Might be a plane. I don't know. looked a little triangular around the 40 second mark.

Yes.
They should be able to recognize sky lanterns

Yes.
Sky lanterns disappear when they burn out.

No.
That is definitely not a Filipino accent.

Guy filming sure is excited. No way to tell what they may be, however.

Thanks for sharing.

I like how the camera man seems to want to record everything BUT the "UFOs".

"Hey look at those crazy lights in the sky! Let me get my camera so I can video tape the person standing next to me."

Those "ufo" lights seem to have a wobble that doesn't match with the video in some parts.

The reactions don't seem genuine either.

Not convinced.

Not genuine? hahahahaha. out of all things to disbelieve in.

this looks like a true reaction to 'lights in the sky'. probably lanterns.

After listening to it again, I think it was just the American-Philippino accent that put me off.

Still looks like there's a weird wobble on those lights though.

I know many Filipinos and you are on the right track, they love taking pictures of people only after they have been forced to pose. Spontaneous shots are extremely rare in the PI.
They also love taking pics of their food to capture the moment so I can understand why filming a UFO would take them out of their photographic comfort zone.
