Look at the thread titles on the New Topics.. why are they always saying things like "UFOs here now!" Then you open it up and it says 1970 documentary.

I think your title answered your own question. People want attention, even when there subjects are boring. Also, I think it might be people tend to go with the most fantastic sounding headers because, as has been the case with a few of my own, boring or innocuous titles mean no views. I changed the title of a few threads to see what would happen and the more bombstic, the more responses.

I really hate that too Op, the lame video linkage, threads with over exagerated titles... its not like we have a shortage of either.
