Ron Paul blasts FEMA and the dependency it has created

I agree with him 100%. How much money did the govt blow in this drill? That's all it was. The Red Cross has done an exemplary job since it's founding. The Katrina show FEMA put on should be more than enough evidence to sit down until they're called by the Red Cross.

I don't even think we should consider shutting down FEMA, who at least is commissioned with helping those impacted by disaster here on home soil, before we tamp down the huge military machine, shut down the wars, and other projects which cost us trillions but do nothing for us, or our friends and neighbors in need. Just my opinion.

Bring troops home , reduce big goverment and big agencies
