Asking for more help, with AP this time tho

I've tried AP many, many times over many, many months. I've been able to get to the vibration stage, but at that point, my consciousness returns to my body. One time, and one time only I felt myself begin to leave my body, but returned to it almost immediately from the excitement.

I've read on the board about people having other people pull them from their bodies. I've been wondering 1)is this a viable option? and 2)I have no friends that claim to be able to AP, so would it work if someone from the board offered to help?
