Senator Coburn Tells The Truth To Congress.

Unfortunately I don't know how to embed this video, but I think everyone should hear what Senator Coburn has to say to Congress about the debt and the so-called reduction in spending, how government has doubled in size in the last 10 years, how a government this size is not necessary, and how government wastes billions of dollars on un-necessary programs which aren't assessed as to their effectiveness, and he highlights the lack of will on the part of Congress to come to grips with the spending problems.

This is referring to Reid's Bill, not the new bipartisan bill that was agreed upon by congressional leaders on 7-31. Furthermore, politicians will say anything and everything (true or not) to spin the ideas of those across the isle, especially in an election year. So forgive me if I don't swallow everything this guy says.

Pretty nice posting, guy talks some good things, although he claims government programs are the problems but doesnt focus anything on the war, which is the way bigger bigger issue. Wonder why he doesnt even mention the war?

The vast majority of wasted money is spent on patching up the lack of virtue in people.

Health Care - People eat too much, are addicted to substances that destroy health, which in turn requires vast amounts of money later in life to fix what is broken. The cancer has a root cause.

Drug Companies and Industry - Formally in this country, a company had to be chartered. The requirement for the charter was that the company had to demonstrate that they were out for the common good of the people. As it stands now, people must show a common benefit to the companies. People and the environment are abused for the good of the company and profits.

Financial System - The financial system was formally designed for the good of the people. The Federal Reserve Private Banking Corporation then robs the people of their wealth by design.

Social Security - Too many people squander their savings and use their houses as ATM machines over the course of 30 years and then end up with nothing at the end of their lives to tide them over in retirement. The simple fact is, we spend our money on ourselves instead of our futures.

Education - We tie the hands of teachers in the classrooms with mandatory requirements, testing and scheduling so that we ensure that autonomy and academic freedom is stifled. Schools have no way of teaching students that have no desire for education. They have no desire because they lack basic needs at home. The focus is on the needs and not on seeking education. The focus is on entertainment and not on what is most important in life. The focus is on humor and no on wisdom in using knowledge and seeking opportunities in life for the advancement of others. The advancement of self is the goal of what is expected. Competition is fostered instead of cooperation toward common goals. Sports, extra-curricular, testing, ranking all contribute to this end goal of objectivism instead of altruism. LINK

Legal System - Laws were formally written so a common person could understand the short form of legal requirements. Laws could only be broken if there was an intent to do harm. Justice was the aim. The intent of the law and not just the letter of the law was the true aim. Now, laws are written in a vague manner so that they have you if they want you. Law is based on blackmail to force subservience and not for the aim of freedom and liberty.

Media - The media is owned by the corporations. The government is owned by the corporations. The media is then run by the man corporation of the United Nations and Central Banking System. People are owned as well.

Law Enforcement - Law enforcement is bankrupting the economy to control the problems caused by objectivism in society. Objectivism is caused by pride and selfishness in the individual. This is our system of world wisdom. Do for yourself and forget others. We are products of our own making. No amount of laws or legal requirements can stop the onslaught of this cancer in the human soul. We encourage this problem at every turn by walking away from education, truth, liberty, freedom and justice. We exchange these for the easiest road.

The Answer - Seek God. Do unto others as you would have done unto you. Love your enemies and bless those who curse you. Turn the other cheek. Return to justice and the common good of the people. Be the bigger person. Be the example to the world. Change the world by example. Suffer the cost of work. Deny reward that is taken for that which is earned. Return to the intent of the constitution, which was written based on the answer I provided in this paragraph.
