So what does m-class mean for us???

Are these rare.

How will this efecct the electro magnetic wave.

Is this outer spaces comparison to a gigantic Pintch.

meaning with this shut down any electrical devices.

'M-class flares are medium-sized; they can cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth's polar regions.'

according to: spaceweather.com...

Last time we had one my cell phone was kinda glitchy all day

X class flares are the really nasty ones. So you are very unlikely to lose power with this M-class.

It's the solar equivalent to a light drizzle on a Springtime afternoon. About as spectacular as that as well. Even X Class flares have been pretty disappointing in the whole, doom and gloom aspect...

The radiation from the flare arrived that's how it was detected.
The CME you recorded was not associated with the flare. It occurred 5 hours before. It was not Earth directed and will have no effect.

Nothing to worry about.
There isn't even a warning sent out.
