Gotta say Dubstep is really weird, sorry. Most of modern music is actually too dark and negative for me. I don't search for such qualities. When it's industrial like sound than it's ok. What I can appreciate is the rhythm. I like D'n'B and Jungle but that tekno drum business reminds me native Americans' round drum which I really like. It's funny how it beats that slooow D'n'B isn't it?

OP - that track is more like drillcore than dnb. I'm an old-school junglist, having gotten into it xmas 92 back when it was hardcore.

Dubstep is so played out now sorry, 99% of tracks use the same Massive presets and are just abrasive crap with no thought put into melody, texture or rhythm. I go through around 200 dubstep/bass tracks a week, and only get about 10 I actually like out of that. Too many copy-cats!
