i think you've taken a minors innocence and are trying to justify yourself!

Do they class anyone as a minor in Slovakia, I've seen some fairly shocking docs on what goes on in the poorer rural areas of Slovakia, they weren't nice.

The whole history of this case stinks of a very askew power dynamic within the family, typical of paedo dads, lots of control, probably gained by careful use of his temper and a psychological campaign to diminish the mothers self confidence, I've seen it many times, all based on his sense of entitlement and ego.

By far, this is the BEST post, and the ANSWER to anyone who BELIEVES that there is an excuse for what this man did.

I never said he did not acted. I have stated that there is no victim, and thus no crime. Whether he acted or not is irrelevant to me.

Incorrect, it is against the law to threaten muder, or plan or incite or conspire to murder. A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with timing and resources, used to achieve an objective. How does this man's images of his child in sexually explicit manner differ? How do you differentiate? Considering that he then went about acting out the "diagram" he had previously created!

I have stated "fantasize or depict", not plan, I am aware of the illegality of this. It is clearly not a plan or diagram, but an image used for his personal satisfaction. Pasting a head of the victim to another body to plan a rape does not make sense.

It is also a crime to obtain images of children, manufacture images or distribute images of children in sexually explicit sex acts with other minors, adults or animals. It is also illegal to sell distribute import or export images depicting such.

This image does not fullfill the definition of that, because the pasted image is sexually non-explicit, so it is not actual child porn, and no children were harmed during its creation. The court agrees with it.

Once you read the poster above you give him such high praise, you had to go and find something to say eh?
We get it, your trying to defend our (your) rights... At some point you have to look at a situation and decide that blanket coverage, without critical thinking is small minded, and frankly lazy enforcement of our laws.

Let me go on record as stating without remorse.
I hope this man spends the rest of his life in prison, without a single night of rest. I hope he is the victim of thousands of different flavor perverts. Each and every night entertaining a different flavor of sicko... THAT is what this man deserves. I cringe calling him a man... he is no man, like the men I know and respect. He is the broken kind of man. The kind that does not deserve our "justice".

Notice how these promoters of perversion consistently go back and forth between someone being 13 and 17? You find a seventeen year old attractive, then you must find thirteen years old attractive....or you are gay.

Evil, nasty, horrible human beings.

You can see though with their constant haranguing, and their practiced attempts at deception through moving the goal posts and ad hominem attacks how it is that they do go after little children. They use THESE skills on children, and confuse them.

You're right my good men. These guys are the predators. You correctly see them. I applaud you for noticing it. Now imagine that these guys use THIS logic on children, and their authority as an adult.

Pervs take the field too often because no one else shows up for the game.

I agree Aeons. These perverts who justify this make me sick. This whole thought before action, makes me sick also. I have daughters. I couldnt under ANY circumstances think this is right. Immoral, pedophile behavior, justifying it,because its a thought? WTF ever........ Its been stated those who think this way ,cant control their actions, and step it up to the next level.Happens ALL the time, like in this case. These MEN are not human beings. PERIOD.

Maslo, please stop. This type of behavior is wrong,on so many levels. Do you have children? I ask because would you want this to happen to ANY of your kids? You do know these predators work on so many levels, and care nothing of the child, and only their perverse sexual gratifications. So many young ones lost in this sick perverse world. When those who say "I can see why",or its "just a thought",back this type of behavior, they let those "believe" its alright to do this. All good, until they commit to the ACTUAL crime, right? Wrong.

All right, I can see this leads to nowhere anyway. Some people are incapable of rational discussion about this controversial topic, and are overwhelmed by emotions.

But in law, there is no place for emotions, and the same is true for human biology. When you ignore this fact, you get laws criminalizing sexual the Simpsons drawings (Australia) and people claiming anyone that is attracted to someone under 18 (21 in the US, lol) is a pedophile and needs to be stoned.

I have no children. Maybe that is the reason why my judgement is clearer about the issue?

Yes this is an emotional issue, especially to the parents and children involved with pedophilia and sexual misconduct. We were talking about a minor, being exploited. We have laws in place to protect. One day,you might have a child. Ask your own parents how they would feel if someone did this to you.You might get that emotional response, everyone is giving.PEACE

Sorry but it isn't me who lacks critical thinking on this thread.

Anyone who thinks that it should be a crime to depict a fantasy is reacting emotionally instead of rationally.

None us like the fantasy depicted... it isn't a crime though and no one deserves to rot in jail simply for altering a photo, drawing a picture, writing a story etc. etc. no matter how disgusting you might find it.

You clearly are the one using "Ad Hominem" attacks. Stating that anyone who says that his actions didn't fit the crime he was accused of must be a Pedophile and be committing those same acts themselves is like saying anyone who stands up for Gay Rights must then be a Homosexual themselves.

California's child porn ban, punishable by up to three years in prison, "requires a real child to have actually engaged in or simulated the sexual act depicted," said the Sixth District Court of Appeal in San Jose.

A Real Child did not actually engage in OR simulate any sexual act whatsoever. Adults engaged in or simulated the actual sex act and a child's face was photo shopped onto an adults body.

Is the act of pasting a child's face onto pornographic pictures disgusting? Yes

Is the act of pasting a child's face onto pornographic pictures immoral? Morals are subjective from person to person (Homosexuality is immoral to some people just for example.) and legislating them is a dangerous road.

Is the act of pasting a child's face onto pornographic pictures illegal? Obviously not according to the Law.

Now I have two children (both girls) 7 and 13.
Would I be upset if this happened to them? Yes of course I would.

Would I want Justice? Most definately.

If this behavior wasn't against the Law(as it clearly appears not to be) then I would seek retribution personally. I would most likely find the guy and revoke his right to life on the same planet as my children.

It's amazing how every thread you are active in, everyone who disagrees with you fits in a nice little labeled box and you refuse to address how you came to that conclusion. It just is, and "you are right".

Give me a break, you are so incredibly deflective and rude.

Let's try again:

You think it's "A-Okay" to put people in jail for "crimes" that have no victim as a direct result of the actions of the prosecuted?

Just answer this question instead of calling people perverts... you might find your "opinion" might actually get treated like that of an adult.

As should the sentence be for any man pasting Halle Berry's face onto Mariah Carey's body.

Surely since he photoshopped such an image, it was his full intention to carry it out.

"Your honor, the prosecution has found a knife in the perpetrator's... kitchen! We suspect he wanted to use it to cut off Halle Berry's face and sew it to Mariah Carey's body."

"Case closed, that's some incriminating evidence, GUILTY!"

Now, this scenario sounds ridiculous, no? But they have a lot more condemning evidence on this fictional perp than the person that you want to lock up... There's something to "think" about... (hope you have better luck this time all by yourself
).

Most people seem to lose all logic when it comes to children. Why do you think they are able to pass so many laws they wouldn't otherwise, just by putting "It's for the good of our children!" at the end. It works like a charm....

More on your made up character?? Did you even bother to read the thread your commenting on????

He drugged her and tried to get her to pose for pictures!!!!!! His intentions are obvious...

Defend away, without the intelligence to fit a punishment to an action.

The whole picture should be known, then judge on his actions. Guilty!!!

who are you bloody judge judy or a walking book of laws.

if you do not find this morally and social incorrect then you have problems.

it is a crime IMO, it sort of relates to stalking someone, and people can take your to court for that and a sue charge can be issued.

I dont see how you cant see that this is pedophilia to extent.
I think you need to rethink your opinion on this one buddy, it is unethical!

human emotions are very rooted into biology ill have you know!

There are victims. He stands to lose his family and livelihood. He is a victim of his own lust. His daughter, I cannot image what she must be thinking and going through. She too, will lose a family.
