Without going into details, I'm going through some bad times right now, and coping with it all drains my energy. It will be another 3 months until I'm through the worst of it. Meanwhile, I need good thoughts and energy my way please, just to give me the strength to get me through.

I live near the rocky mnts U.S. so that means I'm on mountain standard time. I will be sending the energy at 6:30mst and will do so for about an hour. If anyone wants to set that time aside to meditate feel free. I would like as many people to become aware of their own energy as possible. It is not necessary either. go about your evening/day and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. I look forward to sharing with you all.
