Am i the only one....

who thought muramasa the demon blade was amazing?

i read an old game informer today and they gave it a 7 and went on about how beautiful the game was but just didn't have the gameplay. this game was announced as a beat em up style game to begin with yet they (and many other online review sites) go on about how it's nothing more than a shallow beat em up with pretty graphics.

the game was made for the old school gamer obviously. seems these days if it isn't halo or call of duty, it isn't worth playing to the gaming press. or is it just me?

I have oddly enough never heard of that game even though i have been a "gamer" since c64/nes days.

I'll have to check it out...I haven't even heard of it. Always looking for a good story.
