time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go.

can you change your subconsciousness?
How do we now we have contact with our subconsciousness? Our subconsciousness uses the world to make us aware of things. Recognise. Feel what yourself is trying to tell you. Get in line with your subconsciousness.

It is an obvious matter.

It is there where you are looking. Your subconsciousness' goal is to lead you to salvation and detachment of the physical world. To make you happy. Recognise what your subconsciousness is telling.

Once you've noticed you're on your way!

Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go.

There are several good books on that. One is "Waking Up: Overcoming the Obstacles of Human Potential," by Prof. Charles Tart. The book is a nice read with the emphasis on the literal, day-to-day observations of self to perform the Waking Up recognizing what you are doing when it is nothing more than a usually automatic and unconscious thing such as reaching for a second donut..

In copying that title, some will be put off by the secondary part, don't be. it is a clear, non-dry book for the typical reader wanting some straight info from a well-regarded professional. Tart is famous for his rather old book "Altered States of Consciousness." It is his compliation of papers of his own and others investigators, It is still a standard in the field.
