Well im not surprised if they were tracking us and getting information on what we look at and the current trends and sites we vist i recon they gather all this intel on us and sell it to the highest bidder
So they can make that product or improve it to what the people want?
Or are they selling this information back to the government? With the current smart phones you can do anything with them like a iPhone take a photo and map the location or there's a app that can track your iphone or ipad if lost so makes you think what else are they tracking

Yeah isn't that the truth!! I think people would actually go crazy if they knew some of the stuff the government does to them with tracking and invasion of privacy and all that stuff. You don't think we are all watched on this website?? Anyone who talks bad about the government and president and all of that are all being monitored by the government.

I think that for articles like this it's important to copy and paste the entire article headline into the thread title
I thought you meant U.S. police before clicking on the link

Just thought i'd mention that
Thx

and this story will die a quick death
in the MSM as google is an NSA Op.
The South Koreans will find this out
very shortly, when the MIB's start
showing up out of nowhere with
international diplomatic immunity.

Have to wonder if they raided Google because they feel the collection of this data is wrong or if they raided Google because they feel they should be the ones collecting the data.

I cant trust any government acting in an apparent anti Big Brother way. It's just so uncharacteristic.

"During today's raid, we failed to secure evidence because a related server is located in the United States. Instead, Google officials promised to cooperate and provide information later," Chang said.

I don't think it's DOD, more like DHS.
NSA is a branch of DHS not DOD.

Thanks for clearing this up.
I have no idea what most of those acronyms mean, sometime long ago I gave up my initial research because for everyone of them you happen to find out about the meaning, then another ten related acronyms seem to pop up.
